We’re currently experiencing an extremely heavy load of password resets, and so we recently had to turn off services for approximately 30 minutes to clear the queue.
As such, a large number of people are attempting to change their passwords at the same time, it’s taking longer than expected for all those emails to clear all of the ISPs.
If you’ve requested your password reset, please give it a bit of time to reach your email. Thanks for your patience as we work to get everyone back online.
The only email I got was to notify me tht my password was changed.
SONY SHOULD REGULATE ON DEEZ FOOS RAMBLING ON LIKE LIL WEENIES OVER THE TRASHBOX… DELETE THIER ACCOUNTS THEN THEY COULD BOUNCE THEIR A##’S TO MICROSUCKS

I downloaded the update and changed my password and got back online pretty smoothly. The only problem I had was that it took a bit longer than usual to log into PSN, but I got in after about a min and been able to get in fine ever since. Great to have PSN back. I just hope they get PSN back on for everyone soon so all the whiners can shut up already. Also the PS store of course :D

I’m relived that PSN is FINALLY back up. Hopefully, there are no more “30″ minute outages because I am quite tired of listening to everyone complain non-stop. If you hate PSN that much, buy an Xbox, sugarbee :)

we don’t know exactly how long the store will be down, I heard a guy and it kinda makes since to me (but it probably won’t happen, and it isn’t official) it may be up by tuesday. That is usually when they update the store, but i thought the network would have been up on the tuesday after the 20th. So just check it daily, but it may be a while
