We’re currently experiencing an extremely heavy load of password resets, and so we recently had to turn off services for approximately 30 minutes to clear the queue.
As such, a large number of people are attempting to change their passwords at the same time, it’s taking longer than expected for all those emails to clear all of the ISPs.
If you’ve requested your password reset, please give it a bit of time to reach your email. Thanks for your patience as we work to get everyone back online.

@everyone: we should be happy to have online gaming back, during all this time we have waited for this and now we want something else… someone (my mom) told me this when i was young… if you’re not happy with what you have right now than it’s not my problem. So please can we stop crying about what we don’t have and be happy with what we have, i’m sure that some people like crazy_chipmnk would like some help instead of ready comment about …. hoooo i can play my games online with all my friends and have fun but i can’t have the store… god just think about it for one second…. alright thank you

It wont give me the option of changn the password by security question!!!???The email i used when i first signed up for PSN is no longer valid,or at least it wont let me sign in on iwon.com…what do i do???Using my sons account stinks i got no friends on here!!!

yea at least i can play MK, All Stars, and NFS Shift! i will be gettin socom 4 soon i might get the ps move and the motion controller and get the socom 4 bundle with the sharpshooter! and everyone i got an xbox 360 too!

im glad its back on i had to resort to my 360 and it didnt feel the same, so far everything seems stable cant wait for the store to open so i can buy some more add ons
