We’re currently experiencing an extremely heavy load of password resets, and so we recently had to turn off services for approximately 30 minutes to clear the queue.
As such, a large number of people are attempting to change their passwords at the same time, it’s taking longer than expected for all those emails to clear all of the ISPs.
If you’ve requested your password reset, please give it a bit of time to reach your email. Thanks for your patience as we work to get everyone back online.

people sony is pretty good for giving us free stuff think of the money that would be made 3 months of psn+ is/was 19.99 divided by 3 is 6.33 a month times 70,000,000 accounts equals 443,100,000 dollars in just playstation plus membership and 1 month of quricoty is 9.99 times 70 million accounts is 699300000 dollars add just the two that is 1142400000 dollars in free services they are giving up for free. Over 1 billions dollars in free service not including whatever else they throw in
I hope the PS Store comes back online in time for the usual Tuesday evening publishes and Thursday morning PS Home publishes…
after 3 weeks of mind numbing boredom… It’s back. Thank you Sony. You attempted to keep us updated, (which you didn’t do very well of except for the past few days), and i’ll admit, there was times at which i lost my cool and blew up on the people that answered the phone at playstation, but otherwise i was faithful. I knew you were going to work your hardest. And in the end, it was worth it.

@oilerfan80 dont panic it could be network lag were when u signed off the network did not recognize it so now u log in and it thinks theres two accounts on at once

I have not received any email from Sony (including in my Spam folders) about the service restoration and the welcome back package. What is up Sony? 1 day of service and back to problems logging in?

well everyone.. I just changed password to my old accounts and it will not let me log on with my old accounts. EVERYONE who can’t get on, try creating a whole new username (account). I just did and I am able to log on and play my game!! Just thought I would let you know!

Having a chopper gunner come every 45 secs, Super fast speed, Hiding in walls, Invincibilty, unlimited ammo, and other bs. Its really starting to piss me off and I hope u will catch them and ban them from psn. It ruins the gameplay for others who wanna actually play and not just get crushed By these Stupid cheaters.
