We’re currently experiencing an extremely heavy load of password resets, and so we recently had to turn off services for approximately 30 minutes to clear the queue.
As such, a large number of people are attempting to change their passwords at the same time, it’s taking longer than expected for all those emails to clear all of the ISPs.
If you’ve requested your password reset, please give it a bit of time to reach your email. Thanks for your patience as we work to get everyone back online.

to AgitoKoyoto those who waist their time complaining on here would never make it as MARINE. or any other line of service. If they could they would be mature enough to know there are far greater problems out there than this delay, and that sony owes us nothing for free. Yes Sony makes money. They pay employees who provide for their families. Not even Sony can supply everyone with free games. Even if they did you would have some winer complain its not a game they play. Semper Fi

Played Black Ops for solid 4-5 hours today, hopefully this coming weekend is Double XP so we can make up for the missed one… I woulda definitely Prestiged 3-4 times (currently at 8) during the missed weekend play times!

Just happy that Sony tried to bring everyone back online as soon as possible last night. I mean they could have done a 3 – 5 day staggered rollout, but they really wanted to get us back online quickly. I have a 360 that I play online, but now that PSN is up again my 360 will go back to being a 2nd teamer.
When is the Playstation store gonna work again? :D
