We’re currently experiencing an extremely heavy load of password resets, and so we recently had to turn off services for approximately 30 minutes to clear the queue.
As such, a large number of people are attempting to change their passwords at the same time, it’s taking longer than expected for all those emails to clear all of the ISPs.
If you’ve requested your password reset, please give it a bit of time to reach your email. Thanks for your patience as we work to get everyone back online.

I’ve read this blog everyday for years now but was never compelled to actually reply on it. After these three weeks of downtime, I witnessed how important it is for consumers to give their providers feedback. As a long time Sony fan (literally every major electronic device in my home is Sony brand), I never once thought about leaving, even though I own an Xbox for Fable mostly. The downtime showed me just how much Sony cares for there customers that they would offer the services that they do for no subscription fee. I admit to being a Plus subscriber, but that was mostly because i felt like i was stealing from Sony and i now know that I am paying for something that is literally the most important aspect of current-gen gaming. I am proud to be a PS3 owner and I’m happy for Sony that they were able to bounce back from this. I’ll always be a loyal supporter to you and your quality products. There is no need for apology or reimbursement of any kind, other than the month of plus that i was outed. Just keep putting out quality products and I will always be here waiting to buy. Now lets get back to the year of the PS3 shall we!?!? Thank You Sony!
