We’re currently experiencing an extremely heavy load of password resets, and so we recently had to turn off services for approximately 30 minutes to clear the queue.
As such, a large number of people are attempting to change their passwords at the same time, it’s taking longer than expected for all those emails to clear all of the ISPs.
If you’ve requested your password reset, please give it a bit of time to reach your email. Thanks for your patience as we work to get everyone back online.

nvm…i was lagged….
so the black out was kinda good for me. I bought GT5 and LOVE IT, then I finally got Uncharted and I am really enjoying it to, but before the blackout i was kinda tired of playing CoD, but since I was unable to play It mad me want to play it, so as soon as I am done swapping my hard drive its on. I can’t wait
PSN up but mortal kombat netcode still terrible.
Well, I did noice the laging during gameplay all today. I couldn’t really enjoy the game like I should have been able to. But you just answered this problem so there is no point in complaining. Thank you for letting us know.

I myself see that you and all of us dedicated gamers were the victims in all of this.
I am upset that data was compromised, and I hope that you do a better jod in securin our date in the future,but it was an attack on all of us none the less.
I have been a playstation gamer since 1996 and will continue to support the fantastic games and free PSN service that you have provided for us gamers all of these years.
I have been waiting patiently to download OUTLAND and will do so as soon as the PSN store is up and running, so please continue to do your part in supporting us gamers with the best 1st party software this generation and also continue to help developers crank out all those great PSN titles.

Ok since i can’t get a hold of a playstation offical I guess i have to speak through here.Playstation Network was on and then my ps3 froze,I had to turn it off and when i went to sign back in an error occur.I know it said that there was to many password resets, but its been way over 30 mins and I live in Louisiana and my friends was still on.Only mine was affected and he live next door.
