  • As someone who got PSN + the first week it was out and even bought an original Playstation on launch day way back in the day (and do not consider myself a fanboy by any means they all have their equal strengths and weaknesses) I would say I have followed SCEA, SCEE, SCEJ Press and Announcements and publications for quite some time, and I have started to see a positive trend change back to how things used to be.

Kristi I just want to thank you on behalf of all PSN+ users for finally answering some questions. I have had a love/hate relationship with PSN+ since day 1 (one week updates to bi-weekly anyone?) but I have always had one huge problem and if this is a sign of things to come it seems you are headed in the right direction.

FEEDBACK FEEDBACK FEEDBACK I commented on this several times back when PS+ first started but, no one was answering any questions or they were only answering questions that appealed to them in a positive light, I would see threads with hundreds of people asking the same question and it was completely ignored only for someone asking something announced in the original thread like “what will ___ game cost when it releases? For that queston to be happily answered.

  • It appears Kristi that you understand how these kind of things should really be done and I really do want to thank you for answering some of the tougher questions maybe there is a bit of damage control but thats fine you are listening you hear us you are responding, and that is KEY when you offer a PREMIUM service.

To listen to the feedback of the clients of said service, take the positive and negative criticism alike in stride, and I can see that you get that and again want to thank you and hope that this continues to keep up because my main issue with PSN+ from the very beginning was that no one listened to anything anyone said and that seems to be changing, I hope to see a similar trend with future posts.

I understand why we got recycled content but I would appreciate some advance notice of it or offering something for those that already have that content. Also a question everyone asks that I have yet to see properly answered.

  • I know if I cancel PSN+ I lose what was given to me for free unless I had purchased it at a discounted price, that has been beat into the ground repeatedly, what I want to know has more to do with the timer of “days remaining” Lets say I dont really want to cancel + but have no choice to with every intention of renewing it say the next month afterwards, will that content just be simply expired and have to be redownloaded (if it would even be active in my list of downloads) or would renewing give me access to that content again as long as my subscription was active?

The same question for the game saves as well will we only have access to the saves if we are members of PS+ do those saves disappear if we cancel?

  • I ask because in all honesty too much repeat content and I dont care what great things are being offered I will cancel if a service that was originally weekly and was switched to bi-weekly after the first update (and thats fine I understand the reasons behind it) and am now told I get a PS1 game every month but three of those months are repeats thats kind of false advertising? (or is it since we get three free months of PS+ plus as early adopters?)

Anyway Kristi thank you for your time and just keep answering questions no matter how trivial they seem when you offer a premium service feedback and customer service should be the number one priority (at least in my experience)

  • wow nothing to really look forward to except sonic 2 for me.. o well more time to game i guess

by the way jet moto 3 isnt showing on the store for some reason.. i went to check to see what ps1 classics i had on my main account and i only saw 1 and 2 earlier and i purchased all 3

  • isnt AC1 like 10 bucks now? why even bother making a game trial of a game from back in like 2007
