You may have seen some new impressions of PlayStation Move recently. A number of sites, both gaming and mainstream, received their press kits last week, hence the new reviews. We’ve been linking out to many of them on the sidebar, and we’ll fully recap on Sunday’s What We Read.
But what about you, the customer? How will your Move experience begin? We just got in the final retail packaging for the PlayStation Move Bundle. Here’s what you get in the box:
Like we said in the video, the included demo disc is so stuffed with content – 11 games! – that we decided to make a whole seperate post on it. Look for that one soon.
first of all, i hope you guys pick out some better music next time. second of all, is there a bundle with the Move and Sub controller with a demo disc and or Sports Champions? for those of us that already have the PS Eye
Jeff any chance you could mail me that Bundl you guys unboxed Im a stickler for having ‘collectables” and even tho I plan on getting my move bundle it would be more satisfying if I had yours….O.o
I have an eye b/c I was dumb enuff to buy Eye of Judgement. I bought the Sports Bundle and will simply trade my old eye to Gamestop for credit towards the new one or sell it to Game X-change for the cash. Just wanted to share with people wondering what to do if they want to get the bundle. I also wouldn’t hang my hat on anyone’s opinion of Move. After all Wii is “incredible and fun for the whole family” according to a lot of “credible sources.” Santa got one for my kids this past Christmas and there it is collecting dust because it SUCKS!!! Yea PS3 and Move!!!

Yep… I just need the demos. Own a pseye already, just need the controller… and I’ll prob snag the other controller too… but I dun need this package.
Definitely can’t wait to get the bundle! I already have the PS Eye but i might as well get the bundle since it also comes with the demo disc. The PS Move looks like what the Wii should’ve been when that launched. Time Crisis is the game I’m looking forward to getting the most for the Move!

Until there is a bundle that acknowledges those of us that supported SONY by buying a PSEYE and then got virtually no games of quality for it…won’t be buying a MOVE.
Either 2 Moves and a game bundle or Move/Nav/Game bundle or forget it.
How about enlightening the unwashed and telling us what the marketing reason would be to not sell a bundle to those with the EYE already?
way to drop the ball on the launch of playstation move guys! sooo many people all ready have the playstation eye camera and have repeatedly requested a bundle of the move controller + nav controller + game or second move controller. why isn’t this happening? even if its too late to get one together for launch how is sony not working with some reatailer to offer a bundle like this in atleast 1 store? FAIL!!! no early adopting here, I will wait (even though I don’t want to)
whats so great about motion controls anyway? the whole point of games is to park your a** on the couch, push buttons and have fun, not to flail around and play gimmicky casual crap.
well, you all have fun anyway. just make sure you keep making normal games and normal controllers as well.

they should use the camera to track your head while you play in any fps games and every thing else like gran turismo
The only thing I don’t like about Move is the location of the buttons. Why couldn’t be in similar positions as the Dualshock with triangle at the top, x at the bottom, and so on?
It amazes me to this day that more people arent aware that they can just pick up a brand spanking new 2.5″ hard drive and install it into their new Playstation 3. I have 500 gb of space in mine at 7200rpm and its fantastic. You should all be buying the smallest size and upgrade on your own much cheaper.

I think It is very dissapointing that there are not more Bundle Plans for people who already have the playstation eye… This is clearly Sony caring more about attracting casual gamers than supporting their loyal consumers. An easy option would be to offer the navagation controller insead of the eye, because If you already have the eye then you will have to but the move and sports champions for 90 dollars and you wont get the demos!!

2) This video should be playing on the What’s New tab on the XMB for all US PS3’s in ad form.
I’m still on the fence, it’s expensive and there is no must have game that requires it for me yet. Plus I have the PS Eye already and it seems like that’s a disadvantage, odd.

With Move controllers and games set to release what are the chances of the old classic arcade shooters getting a next gen polish to play with move (ex. terminator 2 judgement day ,silent scope , time crisis 2)? Also would the arcade genre benefit from Move more so then the FPS style giving new life to a faded era?

I already preordered the Move bundle and now it’s a waiting game.
Question: I’m a little worried on which should I get first the Navi Control or another Move control. I have RE5:GE and Heavy Rain but I don’t know when the patches are going to be released. Do you have any info? I don’t really wanna buy the Navi control when the patch isn’t out but I’ll buy another Move control to get a better experience with Sports Champions. Don’t have a very big wallet so I have to decide on which on to get.
The Playstation Move Bundle Europe (German) is different, isn’t it? On Amazon.de only the Move-Controller, Playstation Eye and a Multidemo-Disc are listed; the Sports Champion Game is sold seperately.
I already own a PS Eye and have two move controllers already pre-ordered. I’m feeling a little bitter that I dont get the demo disk. Is there any other way to get it? I’m feeling punished for being an early adopter. Seems like there should be a way to get the disk if you are buying two move controllers as well.
Will there be any other ways to get one?
I bought a Wii just last Friday, definitely don’t need this.
Would prefer to play PS3 games *without* unnecessary, tacked on motion controls.

But I think the great idea will be as well – automatic line of credit up to 150 bucks for a year or so as long as you ps+ user if you didn’t pay the credit within 12-15 months your account will be blocked until the time you paid off – or something like that… just like electronic master card bu with out credit history.. “members ONLY deal” – or something like that… Eh? for security reasons you may put call activation due to robbery in this world

It will begin as soon as you start releasing RPGs. Real ones. Not games with ‘RPG elements’. I want full up RPGs.
I see a bajillion people asking about just getting the demo disc, and I’m going to chime in with another vote here. I already have the Eye, so I’ll just be getting the Move and the Nav instead of the bundle, but I definitely want the demo disc. And I’m a collector, so want the disc, not just PSN versions of those demos! If there’s any way you guys can hook us early adopters up, that would be awesome.
Can you please confirm/deny the inclusion of a USB cable with the Move controller (and Navigation controllers)?
I have two sets of each preordered and I would really like to know if I need to start looking for USB cables too.
I love how they emphasize that everything is on Blu-Ray! We know it’s on BR, that’s part of why we bought the system. I doubt many people venture to this site that aren’t PS3 owners.
Anyway, Move looks pretty promising. I already have a Wii, so I most likely will not be getting Move. But, a friend of mine is and I can just play his whenever I want. Of course if it’s really really really good, and a ton better than what the Wii does… I may change my mind.
So is it the 17th or the 19th? Why can’t we get a final answer? It would be much better on Friday so we have the weekend to play with it…

I’m surprised how many people who feel ripped off that Sony never really supported the PS Eye w/ games after EoJ are now seemingly rushing out to buy another Sony add-on.
It’s like all those people who paid for Qore and felt bad are now complaining about signing-up for PS+.
And for those with the Eye complaining about demos that you know will be on PSN, or Gamestop will sell the used disc for $2.50 [what I paid for Links Crossbow Training disc so I didn’t have to spend $ on the stupid Zapper] at least be happy you have options. My kids waited all last fall for EyePet but now I would need to buy a ton of crap to play it. So it isn’t happening again.
Sony doesn’t listen to it’s customers, only it’s stockholders. The sooner you realize this the simpler things will be.
wow that ps3 slim really does look like a George foreman grill. i got an idea why not create some extra move trophy’s for high velocity bowling. or release a new game like Brunswick bowling for move.
The playstation move has really confused me since e3 this year. How many controllers do I need to play sports champions with 1 friend?
unlike the N system or heavy rain, will there be any sensitivity settings for someone thats handicapped an doesnt have full range movement as an option?
thought i should add that, i have the eye already as well, and would prefer not to buy one bundled again either
you guys just copied Wii might as well call it Wiistation 3 now you got the sports & the ugly controllers whats next the yoga stuff,,, maybe stop try to copy other systems make better games like MAG best in the gamer world keep up bad work
Hey Jeffly, Is it alright if i call you Jeffly, no. Okay then Jeff you say that the PS Move is not compatible with the PS2 Eyetoy, or any other new stuff that requires Eye. Do you mind telling me why that is, for financial purposes maybe or do you not know.
