  • Seriously you guys need to make a better effort with the avatars
and themes. I know you just had the uncharted and street fighter
ones last week…but dam did it take you a LONG TIME just to get
those ones. It can’t be that hard to do.

  • Well at least you have avatars. Not any I want but it’s a start.

  • FFIX NAO OR KITTY GETS IT >:| srsly tho i was hoping for it because im going away on vacation and it would be nice to play it while we are heading to our destination. this almost makes getting custome firmware on the psp worth the 17.00 for the items needed. TBQH: dont freaking announce coming soon when it reality it isnt. its complete horse crap. usually sony’s coming soons are within two weeks. we’ve been waiting more than a month now.

  • good for psp, but are old games.

    NOTHING FOR ME

    u.u another bad week

  • Meh…

    At least there’s a free Söldner-X2 wallpaper…

  • WTF! When are you gonna add Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3 it released 3 weeks ago and the demo has been in the store for forever you twats!!!

  • Yay, not a single new PSP game today! Lame Minis don’t count…

It’s not like there’s a backlog of UMD legacy games that you can bring to the PSN or something… oh wait!

    -__-

  • Btw terrible update for the psp go users as always!

  • Castle Crashers News??

  • Great price drops on Great PSP games- these kinds of sales and whatnot will definitely help push digital distribution.

  • Thank you for the PSP price drops, I’m gonna have to buy a $50 card soon.

  • FF9 will probably appear at E3, remember in 2008 when FF8 appeared at E3 week along side Medal of Honor. As for Backbreaker I hope it comes out next week for those who are wanting it. I played it and it just plain out sucks, plays like NFL Blitz.

  • Wow three weeks in a row of awful updates? I guess we have to wait till after E3 for quality things?

  • Please an update!!!

  • YES GIVE US CASTLE CRASHERS NEWS

dont be selfish share w us, ur customers

  • FF7 Released E3 2009. FF8 released Dec 2009. Demonhunter84, your dates make no sense. I’ve already specuated that FF9 would probably release around E3 few pages back. Seems to be 6month gaps. All I know is I think we need a new Senior Manager..One that can type.

  • I’m still too pissed about the whole PSP fiasco to care about this lackluster store update.

  • Very good update today. Price drops and I <3 mini golf. Thank you for the Demo Grace. KEEP EM COMING!!!

  • nice more avatars. lol at people crying over FF 9 when you can get the actual disk instead right now instead of hoping or waiting.

  • @syphonfilter

Yeah, because we can just go to our local gamestop to pick up PSOne games easily right? And what about the people who don’t have a backwards compatible ps3 or a psone?

  • Aww S*#@… I just bought LittleBigPlanet off the Sotre yesterday. I paid $40 and it gets dropped to $20 today!? Man I’m mentally beating myself up for this. Aww well. at least Gran Turismo got a price drop. Time to go buy that game now.

  • NO FINAL FANTASY IX? Ommmg commmee oon. If this is gonna get delayed till E3 just cuz it’ll get more attention..then thats stupid. Just release it now and then say it later..god damn

  • @kirazero00 –

Gamestop is not the only store that sells videogames. Also any ps3 can play ps1 games.

  • Nice price drops but otherwise lousy week for the PSP.

  • I say this seriously, because I’ve played all 3 consoles and Steam games extensively… What PS3 owners really desire is a more modern interface on PS3, with a context sensitive PS button that opens messages and chats when they come, and so on. A much better web browser that’ll make it simple to pop open things like Facebook, Youtube, and Twitter. They want better text and voice chat, and auto-sync trophies. If PS3 had all of this stuff everyone would like using the console much more, instead of turning to the other console for cross platform games.

Do this Sony, and do it quickly, and your attach-rates will rise on games and Blu-rays alike.

That and what happened to your relationship with Rockstar? You used to be their #1, now your barely a #2. Red Dead Redemption is far better looking on Xbox 360. What happened?

  • @siphonfilter

You’re totally right, for some reason I was thinking about ps2 games which only certain ps3 models can play. The main reason I want games like ff9 to get released onto the psn is so I can put it on my psp so I can play wherever, as I’m sure alot of other people also want.

  • @phinnv8- RDR looks the same on both with ps3 having extra content. FF 13 looks way better on ps3 too and not 4 disks.

  • What is with these obscure PSOne games? Has it crossed your mind that you would sell more games if you would upload the titles your fans are BEGGING for?

  • go figure another ps1 classic no ones heard of, you guys do great at that… -rolls eyes- , why not suikoden 2 or xenogears?

  • Great update for PSP Go: One crappy PSO game that no one buy, one mini, and zero PSP game.

Price reduction is nice, but most of us needed more games for the Go. If I want cheaper games I stick with my UMD, much better price out there…

You are full of love, keep up the good work SONY…

  • WHERE DA BEEF?

  • Natuyo Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3 now!!!

  • WHERE DA BEEEF?

  • Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3 it’s been in stores forever but when can all of us with the psp go get it! DON’T ADD THE DEMO TO THE PSN IF UR NOT GONNA ADD THE GAME!!! WAY TO GET THE HOPES UP OF SEVERAL AND THEN PISS THEM ALL OFF

  • WHERE DA BEEEEF

  • Good update. I got both Soldiner games, Mini Golf and for the hell of it I got Tecmo Bowl to see how it stacks up to the box version. I also bought a dynamic theme today. Not bad.

  • UFC Dynamic? Sold. it’s mine…all mine…

  • WHERE DA BEEEEEEF?

  • STILL NO BACKBREAKER DEMO? R WE EVEN GETTING THE DEMO THATS THE QUESTION?

  • WHERE DA BEEEEEEEEEEEEF?

  • Hi, I’m wondering if anyone else is having this problem with N2O: Nitrous Oxide.

I installed it–loaded it up and I get a screen that just tells me to plug in controller 1. I went through everything I could think of… switching controller settings, rebooting the game, rebooting the system, hardwiring it, deleting and reinstalling the game and I still get the same thing.

Anyone else having this problem? I have a PS3 Slim 120GB running off the newest firmware 3.30. My brother is able to play this just fine and he has an old 60GB PS3.

    Thanks!

  • Where’s Final Fantasy 9? Comon dont tell your waiting for E3 this year so then you have something to talk about in the E3 press conference.

  • Nice update!

Maybe Final Fantasy IX next week?

  • Maybe FF 9 ever because its real tough to put stuff on a server for people to DL

  • STILL no Backbreaker demo? What a load of crap man.

  • hey does sony have any idea what PS ONE CLASSICS mean?

    Classics!

and sucky supportage for the PSP GO once again……..

    – Breath of Fire 3

    – Parasite Eve

    – Parasite Eve 2

    – Xenogears

    – Chrono Cross

    – Dino Crisis 2

Does grace even read these posts?

  • Wow, this isn’t surprising. Another week, another reason NOT to turn on my PS3.

This is why I don’t mind paying for Xbox Live. They not only offer updates throughout the week, instead of once a week, they usually offer something good.

However, each week I see these updates for PSN, I laugh. I guess I get what I paid for, which is notta, so you get notta.

WHERE IS FFIX!? If Sony is saving a 10 year old game for E3, they’re going to suck this year, because if that’s how they excite people, then they clearly have nothing else to show.

Wow… North American PSN sucks, big time, which is sad. I keep trying to hold onto hope about it, and that PSN here in the states will be worthwhile, but each week, it only further confirms how Sony keeps dropping the ball, this gen.

    Sad…

  • Oooh, Play Create Share…I have to pickup Planet Mini Golf
