  • @33 – you had from last thursday to this morning to get that reduced price , it’s your own fault for waiting too long – anyway for $20 it’s still a good deal

    @grace
nice to see the updates coming earlier – keep it up
    5/5 for that

the content today is a different story
one ps3 game ? I expected more from the first tuesday update
when are tecmo bowl throwback and planet minigolf coming ? all the posts said spring – it’ll be summer before they arrive at this rate
for content 1/5 – not even a demo for lead and gold even though this morning the blog said there was one

  • uhhhhhh wheres Qore?

  • Finally, Cod Mw2 map pack is out.

  • May Qore Edition is out on May 11 and will include Prince of Persia: The forgotten Sands, UFC 2010, Home-Ward Bound and a special surprise and the years hottest game that hasn’t been announced yet.

  • WHEN WILL LEGO INDY 2 COME OUT??? :(((

  • so where’s Tecmo Throwback?

  • move

  • im passing on the ripoff MW2 maps, but socom confrontation for 15$ is VERY tempting, is that game good? I’ve heard mixed things.

  • wow good update and good timing. great job!!!

  • Thank you Very much for this Update!
I was asking this last three weeks for Socom Confrontation 50% sale,
    and now look at this!
    Exactly what ive asked!
even more… Warhawk, Socom DLC, Prince of Persia at 50%
I’ll buy everything at 50% sale for sure!
Lead and Gold: Gangs Of The Wild West look “cool”
but i already pre-order Red Dead redemption XD

Question: is Prince of Persia new “official” price, or only sale price for this week?

    because: Warhawk 15$, Socom 15$, Socom DLC 8$, Prince of Persia 18$ = 56$ +tax(13%)
so if i can buy Prince of Persia later it would be more “convenient”.
    Thanks again!

  • I’ve never heard a song by that name by Flight of the Conchords. Can anyone confirm that is actually them or is it a misnamed song?

  • so are we getting a thursday update to finish this one? I belive some stuff was left out.

  • UnholierThanThou

YAAAAY for Tuesday updates! Looking forward to seeing the EyePet and Move videos, as well as the Dead Space 2 reveal! Not too shabby!

  • More Agarest DLC, very nice!

What is the status on Castle Crashers?!?!?

  • when does tecmo bowl throwback comes out anyone knows

  • Welcoming the tuesday updates with open arms. :)

  • FYI, it’s not Flight of The Conchords, it’s Band of Skulls who do that song.

  • You should do Tuesdays and Thursdays[sorry im being GREEDY!] :D

  • Well for the first time in 5 weeks there is nothing here for me, that was a pretty good run at least.

  • I’m not sure why everyone is thanking them for moving this up to Tuesday, when they should be releasing this stuff every weekday – not just one day a week.

Yes, PSN games and PS1 games can come out on a regular release date, but things like trailers, add-on’s, themes, etc. should come out throughout the week.

  • MW2 avatars would have been nice….

  • Uncharted 2 bundle please.

  • C’mon guys, where is Tecmo Bowl at? Again no less. This is like the 3rd week we’ve been without and I’m just about ready to buy it for the xbox 360. I wanted to buy it for the Ps3 simply because of the controller but it looks like i will have to get use to disappointment.

  • Awesome, updates got moved to Tuesdays now? Great news.

  • personally i think we should get a discount for having to wait an extra month for the mw2 dlc pack how about it sony?

  • @125

If we were to get discounted for everything we didn’t get on time, like our sister console owners get, then everything on the store would be priced at 1.99 a pop. We never get anything on time with the PSN. There is DLC and games on the other console/service that have been out for years until it makes its way to the PSN. I bet we don’t get Tecmo Bowl until Mid June.

  • um…..why is that everytime there is an update or a popular download content, the playstation servers seems to be overworked and cannot handle the traffic? WTH??!!!

  • Someone needs to let Kevin Butler know he needs to stay away from the cinco de mayo flaun tomorrow.

  • i sure hope Ro works on tuesdays as well. His replies can make up for the “meh” updated store content (or anybody who can answer some of our questions would be greatly appreciated as well).

  • Ugh still no Vagrant Story.>_> And wasn’t there going to be a Lead and Gold demo? I want to try the demo first before getting the game.

  • seriously, who would name their child shota? A con artist?

  • Just because you are getting a bag of poop a day early doesn’t make it a good thing everyone. Besides, still no word on TECMO BOWL, but hey at least I can download the friggin wallpaper! C’mon PSN……disappointing, you are supposed to be competing with Xbox, not helping!

    wah

  • Not a bad list of PSP games, but where’s the PS1 classics?!? Seems like a fairly thin week for PSP owners, and more so for PS3 owners. Guess I’ll look forward to next week, though if updates like this keep up not for much longer.

  • The Sequence should always go:

    Video – Demo – Game(Purchase) – Wallpaper – and repeat

  • not bad update

    it only does everything…
    except in Canada.

  • early/cool update NICE!! THANKS!

  • I’ll get the Prince of Persia Epilogue DLC. I don’t really like any of the Spring Fever games.

  • Thanks for the update.

  • I guess it’s finally time to get Warhawk and give my brother back his copy.

  • Why did we have to wait for the MW2 Stimulus Package a month after the xbox got it?

  • How about some new socom avatars for the PSN store huh, huh?

  • Ugh, I said I’d do it, now my A-hole policy goes into effect. 1-star rating for this week and every week until things shape up. Makes me feel ashamed that I pre-ordered an MGS PSP Entertainment Pack and bought a $10 PSN card yesterday. ASHAMED, to be supporting (or hoping for) Sony products.

No avatars – these should be out weekly.
No PS1 Games – Forgivable, quota should be minimum of one every other week. There was one last week.
No PSP Sales – PS3 games always get discounted when PSP downloads are in dire need of smarter pricing.
No demos (PSP) – Four new games and we get an unrelated demo?!?

There’s long-expected stuff that hasn’t shown up yet. FFIX, but earlier than that, too. I don’t care if E3 is around the corner or not, if there’s not compelling content, no support to areas it SEEMED Sony was committed to supporting (Avatar downloads, acknowledgement of the PSP Go’s existence…) then there was no point in changing updates to Tuesdays, when we could just look forward to nothing any day of the week.

  • Also, it’s a horrible week when Modern Warfare noobs are the most satisfied with the update. Shameful.

  • Insert the Kevin Butler picture currently in the ads section and turn it into an avatar come on Sony!!! I would love to purchase it, I support Kevin Butler ads…

  • LOL … Did ya finally get your MW2 maps kiddies ? I swear to god … people were here at the stroke o f midnight asking where the content was , Even though their wasnt a single word saying the content would be available AT THE STROKE OF MIDNIGHT . You know what the beauty of digital distribution is kiddies ? … The product never runs out . So to all of you last night that disrupted YOUR OWN schedule , to wait for something that was never mentioned to be released at midnight , not to mention the fact that even if it was , you could have still continued with your schedule … gone to bed , Then school. and then comeback home and download the maps , But NO . its just easier to act like a bunch of pretentious DIVAS . a bunch of insatiatiable SPOILED BRATS , Whose parents should take a sledge hammer to their PS3 Because somehow you children seem to think that PS3 ownership gives you the right to act like SPOILED LITTLE PIGS , like a bunch of STUPIT LIL DONKAYS !!! that dont realize that digitized content DOESNT RUN OUT so your more than free to continue on with what have you , the content will stil be there .

  • More PS1 Classics/RPGs please. Kthxbai.

  • What about Harvest Moon Hero Of Leaf Valley? Shouldn’t that have came on PSN today? Like, it was released April 27th in stores.Damn PSP Go, no wonder sales are TERRIBLE! Dissapointed Sony…

  • 15 dollars for 5 maps? 318 mbs and 15 dollars. lawlz. How flucking stupid.

Updates are earlier and on Tuesdays now, nice.

  • I thought I was only going to be getting Fat Princess today, but you guys provide the Naruto demo AND Last Raven! Which is like a big ol’ hug from your mommy after a long day, that wasnt due out until next month! 5 star lovin’ from me Sony!

  • The update is ok, but please put team umizoomi on the video store next week. I don’t have the money for for a ipod, ipad, or iphone. i waited 3 months for this. Sheesh!
