Well Robin is the boy wonder, and he is the character that the Music Meister refers to. Robin even makes a cameo in the episode as one of the characters jealous of how Batman is so good

Robin even has an episode where he teams with Speedy and Aqualad while their mentors team up as well (Batman, Green Arrow and Aquaman). It’s actually another hilarious episode (and the only one Superman and Wonder Woman make a small appearance in…very small, cause thats all they get)
