Once I bought my friends PS3 from him, it’s been like I never left the Sony fold having owned a PS1 and PS2 previously. It’s great things, a decent-minded, ever-growing community helps fuel it along.
Here’s my small plug for a Trine release or Zombie Apocalypse this week! *fingers crossed*
Let’s take a moment now for an applause for the new firmware updates, I’m looking forward to universal custom soundtracks and perhaps even cross game chat, although I rarely used that on XBL. For now, eventhough it’s mostly cosmetic, it’s a wonderful update to keep things fresh. I like the dynamic themes idea but the sparkles are too pretty to replace with a $3 premo one. The new status bar is tits, the friends list could use some help though. It looks fractured IMO.
Now beat the Wii to a Star Wars lightsaber motion game (preferably with a deep story and RPG-lite elements LOL) or something involving swords and samurai and you’ve got the whole motion thing in the bag. I just bought a PSeye a good 3 seasons in advance of it’s maybe release date, get those ideas poppin’ Sony!

If you were going to buy any non-Sony TV, it should have at least been a Sanyo. If you rearrange the letters it becomes “A Sony!”
Oh well I bought 3 PS3’s (Japanese sold, 40GB, 80GB, soon a slim), 4 PS2’s (Japanese dies, EU fat died, EU slim, US slim, soon a Japanese), PS, 3 PSP’s, Sony Headset, Sony DVD Recorder, 2 Sony TV’s (Triniton 12 years old, Bravia), Sony alarm clock, Sony memory sticks, Sony discman, Sony Ericson, Sony VCR and more in a lifetime. So can’t really say I’m not supporting Sony the fullest :D But if I have to choose between a screen that is softer for my eyes as I experience migraines from time to time or brand… what would you do?
And will I finally, after 16 years get my parents to start gaming? As they bought the same new TV, they own a Sony Triniton now which is over 12 years old, they’ll will lend my 40GB PS3 for watching DVD’s. The DVD recorder (Sony, they got from me) they no longer can use… maybe they’re so getting curious about the PS3 they wish to play as well haha… Buying Singstar and party!

I am glad to see so many good things comming our way, i am still disappointed that we arnt getting bayonetta till jan, and darksiders till the 1st of jan. i am so looking forawd to those. but tekken 6 is another good one. Does any one know if the senario mode is offline co-op is is it only online???
and buy at the awesome blog, i to have to add that the thing with the mobile version is fustrating… i get about the frist 2 posts and then everything does the wierd coloums when the psp can take so much txt. did the mobile version break?? i miss it ;_;

Jeff – Just letting you know you are doing a great job. It is nice to see someone on the Corp. end actually taking the time to reply on here and seem to have interest as WE all do. Just an FYI the PlayStation Blog Mac OS X widget doesn’t seem to be working anymore, at least not on Snow Leopard.
JEFF, PLEASE ANSWER OUR MOBILE VERSION QUESTIONS!!! #74 has the same problem as me where i can only view the desktop version, and i have been going insane the last week in an attempt to switch it back. i contacted someone regarding the playstation network because that was all i could find, an they said i had to email someone here. PLEASE HELP!

and the psn store needs more content try bringing back seme ps2 titles too so that way people wont complain about backwards compatibility i think??
