Hey there, PlayStation.Blog reader! You may have noticed the addition of Chris Morell to our staff in December. If not, I encourage you to head over to his Flower interview and giggle at the freeze-frame there. It’s OK, I’ll wait.

Besides making faces for the camera, Chris has enabled us, your PlayStation Social Media Team, to think a bit more expansively. We want to do more with our existing Facebook and Twitter accounts. We want to produce more video (and audio?) content for the Blog. Basically, to do more of the stuff that you like, and to do the things you already like, only better.
But what, exactly, *do* you like? That leads us the the first ever PlayStation.Blog Readers Survey. We’ve crafted together a fairly short web survey to ask you about your experience with the Blog, and a tiny bit more about your larger interactions with PlayStation. Don’t worry, there are no uncomfortable questions like “How much money do you make in a year?” or “How did you do on your SATs?” or “Really that’s it? Don’t you think you should’ve studied more?” Rather, the questions will be used directly to craft new content and, perhaps, new applications that you will love from Day 1.

My goodness, some of you…
Eh, the recession is happening because no one is lending really, and no one is buying. If you want to talk real economics, the recession is not some massive crisis, it’s a $10 word meaning somewhere, some guy said “Let’s lower this set value”. It’s bad for corporations, and we in america have a massive need to feed/live by these corporations, so we panic.
Don’t throw recession crap around. If we spent more money, and then there would be more money to make, more jobs, etc. Money IS Debt. That is how our economy works. If you didn’t have college debt, the college wouldn’t have jobs, and the college wouldn’t exist, and neither would your education, etc, etc etc etc etc.

I’m a programmer married to a CPA. So, common logic, and a little bit of research can keep you from labeling a “rough” time with a word you don’t understand and thus all of society blaming a random word for all of it’s problems.
I’m getting the card, and I’m buying a second PS3. These people writing this blog, and programming my games work hard. And they deserve the money, as that PS3, and the interest earned from the card, pays their paycheck.

I know this was not the kind of Survey but I really was wanting to be able to say what kind of games I would like to see on PSN, PS3 & PSP. I really want a new Colony Wars game and a new Legend of Dragoon.
Plus I would have liked to have been able to say things I want to get out of gaming but this was for the blog and the ideas you guys had are pretty cool.

I took the blog survey and it was quite easy to complete compared to other paid online surveys I completed. Now I am wondering when you guys will have a Playstation Network survey. I would like to take one because their is a lot of more more improvements. If I were to take that survey, I would mainly recommend that the Playstation Store offer PayPal as a payment option. Jeff, if you happen to read this comment, I would greatly appreciate if you told me the odds of this happening.

If you don’t think paid online surveys are real, then you should join a panel called Global Test Market. Right now I am taking a survey from this company that is about the next Call of Duty game. I would tell you guys about it but I agreed to a confidentally clause that does not allow be to share the information I was shown. From what I read so far the game sounds good and might buy it since I am currently playing a lot of first person shooters…
